From extensions
to new builds.

The jobs that change how a house works: opening up the back for a kitchen-diner, adding a storey, turning a loft into a bedroom, or starting from a cleared plot.

  • Extensions. Single and double-storey, rear and side, including the steels, the brick matching and the roof, through to the finished room.
  • Kitchens and open-plan. Walls out, steels in, then electrics, plumbing, plastering, flooring and the kitchen fitted as one job.
  • Full renovations. Houses stripped back and rebuilt inside: kitchen, bathrooms, electrics, plastering, doors, flooring and decoration.
  • Loft conversions. Bedrooms and en-suites built into the roof space, made to feel like part of the house rather than an addition.
  • New builds. Groundwork, construction and internal finish, project-managed from the first dig to handover.

02 / How It Works

Building work goes wrong in the gaps between trades and in the things nobody wrote down. Both are handled the same way: one team, one written plan, and someone whose job is to keep it moving.

  • Site visit. Look at the house, talk through what you want, and say early what is and is not sensible.
  • Written quote. Itemised, with what is included and what is an allowance stated, before any start date is agreed.
  • One point of contact. The person who quotes runs the job. Questions get an answer from someone who knows the house.
  • Trades coordinated. Groundworkers, brickies, roofers, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, joiners and decorators sequenced by us, not by you.
  • Kept in the loop. Regular updates on what has been done and what happens next, with changes agreed before they are made.
  • Snag, then sign off. A walk-through at the end, the snags closed, then completion.
