  • Contour classification. Detects fills, satins, and outlines automatically — no manual region tagging.
  • Satin rescue. Rebuilds malformed satin paths into clean, machine-friendly columns.
  • Tunable cavity jump. Configurable down to 1.0mm so slot cuts render properly instead of vanishing.
  • Underlay generation. Stabilises every fill before the top stitches go down — no more puckering.
  • Pull compensation. Corrects for fabric stretch on the head so the design lands where it should.
