Every part of the day,
connected.
The diary is a grid of bays against hours, so you can see at a glance which ramp is free at two o'clock. Everything else hangs off the job that sits in that slot.
- Bay diary. Time down the side, bays across the top, 7am to 7pm, with an unassigned column for work not yet slotted.
- Reg lookup. Type the plate and the make, model, fuel, colour and MOT expiry come back from DVLA, on every add form.
- Jobs, estimates, invoices. Estimate to job to invoice without retyping, on a template you design with your own logo.
- MOT checker and reminders. Check any vehicle's MOT history, and send reminder texts when customers' MOTs are due.
- Parts, products, purchase orders. Stock on the shelf, products sold over the counter, orders to suppliers.
- Tyre bay and car sales. Tyre stock and fitting with paid and unpaid tracking; car stock with shareable listings.
